401 (k) Savings Plan

Our plan allows the maximum IRS deferral, flexibility and a generous company match; dollar for dollar up to 7% of your annual income.  Invest your 40(k) balance across numerous competitive, high-performance funds.

 

ESPP

Many employees take advantage of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan where every dollar contributed is matched by an additional 15% to purchase additional shares for your account.

 

Annual Cash Bonus Plan

We offer a generous annual cash bonus plan to all regular employees based on company profitability.

 

Vacation Time

Employees accrue up to 25 days of vacation annually, based on length of service.  Additionally, employees receive 13 paid holidays per year.
