Duties:
Under the supervision of senior engineers, assist with pre- and post-sale support of Advantest’s products/systems. Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications; provide answers to customers inquires concerning system software and applications; and provide software development and consulting to prospective users.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Systems & Computing. No experience required.
Other Requirements:
Courses, projects or experience in principles of electronic devices, semiconductor electronics, signal transmission/processing, programming, and operating systems.
