800 Mbps Digital Module

This 800Mbps Digital Module is a complete functional/DC test resource for ADVANTEST’s T2000 systems. This 800Mbps high-density module provides a total of 128 IO channels, each with digital drive, digital compare, and DC and frequency measurement capabilities. Additional functional capabilities include scan and algorithmic pattern generation, multiple time domains with free running clocks, and high voltage flash VPP pins. This Digital Module is built using ADVANTEST’s ICE (Immersion Cooled Electronics) liquid cooling technology which provides for accurate, stable timing performance and takes overall reliability to a new level. A unique test capability offered by this module is the abilty to margin test source-synchronous interfaces while uniquely under hardware control. Providing 128 channels of 800Mbps data, the 800MDM is a full-featured digital module furnishing supreme value in cost effective test. To maximize flexibility, software license is available for 800Mbps and 500Mbps based on cutomers needs. The hardware is identical, and upgrades from the 500Mbps to 800Mbps can be executed on site without removal of the module from the system. This allows the perfomance to be scaled with ease over time as higher-frequency needs develop.
