Customer Engineering

Advantest's Customer Engineering Group is a global dedicated service network that protects our customer's ATE investment 24 hours a day. Serving as the company's most visible and direct contact with customers, our engineers take ownership of the full range of  support issues assuring complete customer satisfaction.

Interconnect Products Engineering

Advantest interconnect products, Change Kits, DUT Boards, probecards, etc., are core components of Advantest’s test cell solutions that provide high bandwidth signal transmission, precise mechanical alignment & docking, and a reliable, high throughput test environment.

Research & Development

Advantest America's R&D Center, based in Santa Clara, CA, develops future generations of test systems incorporating state-of-the-art methodologies and solutions for microprocessor design and test. The center encompasses research, conceptual and architectural design, hardware and software protyping, and works closely with Advantest's Research and Development Centers in Gunma and Ootone, Japan.
