As part of its CSR activities, Advantest Taiwan Inc. (ATI) donates various daily commodities such as school supplies and clothing to welfare organizations and schools.
ATI this time collected sporting goods, which were no longer in use, from the employees' homes and donated them to disadvantaged children. ATI's volunteering employees cleaned and polished, with their own hands, approximately three boxes of sporting goods, including baseball gloves, a soccer ball, a set of badminton equipment, etc. They were donated to the “House of Benevolence (Renai chih Chia),” an orphanage in Hsinchu City on Taiwan. Giving off the goods that are no longer in use to the people in need would lead to an efficient use of resources. This initiative turned out to be extremely meaningful not only in terms of social contributions but also in terms of environmental preservation.
ATI would like to continue its effort in the CSR activities and share the joy with as many people as possible.
