Registration Open for April 23-25 Conference in San Jose
Tokyo, Japan – Feb. 14, 2013 – VOICE 2013, a users group meeting and partners conference organized by Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE) will include a robust technical program with papers from users of the T2000, V93000 and handlers. The event, to be held April 23-25 in San Jose, California, is an international forum for sharing technical content and exchanging perspectives on the latest semiconductor testing techniques and best practices.
“In the second year as an Advantest user group, we have received a large number of abstracts for the T2000 from semiconductor manufacturers around the world, which demonstrates the increasing popularity amongst T2000 users,” said Advantest’s Don Blair, chairperson of this year’s VOICE program committee. “We are also excited about the addition of handler papers to our program. In total we have received almost 120 abstracts from 18 customers in 8 countries, further strengthening our already robust technical program.”
“ Additionally, VOICE 2013 will include technical kiosks staffed by Advantest R&D, industry experts and supplier technologists. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the Suppliers’ Expo to learn more about their latest innovations that complement the T2000 and V93000 platforms.
Continuing the tradition of offering excellent, in-depth technical training, VOICE 2013 will include a one-day, hands-on workshop with full-day sessions dedicated to educating test engineers on topics which will directly impact their test throughput, performance and time to market on the T2000 and V93000 platforms: Low-cost 10-bit ADC/DAC testing using the PS1600, Using FTA to achieve PCIeG2 IF, high-speed digital loadboard design, Smart Test Program manager, Pin Scale to Smart Scale conversion and Advanced PLL Jitter measurements.
“This year’s conference is expected to attract more than 300 test engineering and management professionals from more than 50 companies worldwide, include from foundries, fabless semiconductor companies and integrated device manufacturers as well as Advantest’s strategic partners,” added Blair.
