A global leader in computing technology accepts its 1000th T2000 Test System
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – December 6, 2011 – Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE), the leading global supplier of automatic test equipment (ATE) to the semiconductor industry, today announced that a leading global semiconductor manufacturer in advanced integrated digital technology products for computing and communications, has accepted delivery of its 1000th T2000 Test System. The system, part of a multi-unit global installation, will join other T2000’s in its class in performing high-volume production test of CPUs and SoC other devices.
