V93000 SmarTest 7 Mixed Signal User Training

Summary

Type Instructor-Led training conducted over sequential days during normal business hours (not eLearning)
Delivery Formats Offered in both "Classroom" and "Live, On-Line" formats
Price $525 per class-day The use of Training Credits requires validation by Student's Advantest Sales contact
Class Duration 5 days
Target Audience The target audience for this course is Mixed Signal and RF Test Engineers.
Prerequisites V93000 SmarTest 7 Digital User Training or V93000 SmarTest 7 RDI-based Digital User Training,
Test Engineering basics, Mixed Signal test basics, Linux, and C++
Expected Outcomes This training will teach the student how to use the V93000 ATE to test Digital and Analog parameters using the analog MBAV8+ (aka 'MCE'), PS1600 digital and DPS128 DC tester hardware. The student learn how to create analog setups and waveforms to test static and dynamic parameters for both DAC and ADC devices. They will also learn the C++ test method code used to execute these tests, and debug tools to analyze their results. Note: V93000 Levels and Timing setups will not be covered in this class since they were covered in the pre-request ST7 Digital User training course each student should have first taken.
Key Topics Covered
In This Training
  • Mixed Signal Overview and introduction of the MBAV8+
  • Detailed explanation and online lab work for setting up, testing and debugging a DAC device.
  • Detailed explanation and online lab work for setting up, testing and debugging an ADC device.
