Advantest Announces New Executive Appointments at 76th Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders

Advantest announces that six executive directors and one new member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee were newly appointed at its 76th Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. Two new executive officers have also been appointed in the Board of Directors Meeting held right after the Shareholders Meeting. All executive directors and officers' names are as follows, including two members of the Audit and Supervisory Committee who are currently in the middle of their terms.
