Advantest Announces New Executive Appointments at 77th Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders

Advantest announces that seven executive directors and two members of the Audit and Supervisory Committee were newly appointed at its 77th Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. Three new executive officers have also been appointed in the Board of Directors Meeting held right after the Shareholders Meeting. All executive directors and officers' names are as follows, including one member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee who are currently in the middle of their terms.
