1.Current Status
Following the recent cybersecurity incident involving a limited portion of our systems that we previously announced, we are providing an update on the progress we have made in restoring the systems and operations that were affected.
Importantly, our core business operations, including production, shipment, and customer support activities, remain operational, and we are in the process of bringing additional systems back online in a controlled and safe manner.

2.Background and Response
Since becoming aware of the incident, we have been working closely with leading external cybersecurity experts, including Palo Alto Networks Unit 42, to investigate, contain, and remediate the issue and to support the safety and integrity of our systems. We also notified relevant authorities, including law enforcement. We believe that our containment actions and activation of business continuity plans minimized operational disruption and enabled us to continue serving customers. At this time, our external cybersecurity experts see no evidence of unauthorized third parties in our environment.
As part of our response, we isolated potentially affected systems and, out of an abundance of caution, we proactively took additional systems offline to assess and contain the issue. We understand that this may cause some operational challenges for our customers, partners, and suppliers, and we have implemented workarounds that are designed to help address these issues while we work to fully restore our systems.
As part of our ongoing investigation, we are working closely with leading global third-party cybersecurity experts to determine data that may have been subject to access or exfiltration, and we will inform affected parties as appropriate. Based on ongoing monitoring being conducted by our third-party cybersecurity experts, we have seen no indication that any data related to this incident has been released publicly.
