Invisipin® Test Socket solutions are fully customizable, low-profile interconnects which provide outstanding signal integrity for integrated circuit characterization. In addition to high performance elastomer, mechanical socket interfaces with active cooling are available. Invisipin® Test Socket solution characterization boards can also be supplied as a full turn-key option. The full turn-key option includes board design/ fabrication, component assembly, and Invisipin® Test Socket. Signal integrity can be maintained from the RF launch connector all the way through the Invisipin® Test Socket for superior integrated circuit characterization.
