Transmittance module is used to measure materials with low terahertz wave absorption. Reflection modules are used to measure density materials and sample of internal layers. ATR modules are used to measure samples with high terahertz wave absorption and for measuring powders. Transmittance polarization analysis module are used to analyze the polarization characteristics.
