The 7038 SST is a single test slot modular system level test platform without an automated handler that utilizes the same test slot and software architecture as the 7038 test platform allowing reuse on a smaller, cost-effective test platform. It can be used for multiple applications such as small volume device test, RMA/failure debug system at the factory or in the lab, and new product bring up development system.
Like the 7038 it can test a wide variety of integrated semiconductors devices and applications, including mobile, automotive, compute/server, artificial intelligence etc., and it can verify performance and functionality in "mission mode" operation.
