Four interchangeable measurement modules enable optimized analysis of diverse specimen forms

Transmittance module is used to measure materials with low terahertz wave absorption. Reflection modules are used to measure density materials and sample of internal layers. ATR modules are used to measure samples with high terahertz wave absorption and for measuring powders. Transmittance polarization analysis module are used to analyze the polarization characteristics.

The TAS7500 spectroscopic system lineup delivers diverse application coverage with three systems, the SL (0.03-2THz), the SP (0.1-4THz), and the SU (0.5-7THz).
