Basic and generic test engineering knowledge. Basic knowledge of standard test algorithms such as contact test, ICC test, functional test. Basic knowledge basics of DC measurement such as VSIM and ISVM measurement modes. Basic knowledge basics of functional testing, such as pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels. Familiarity with Windows environment, basics of Java programming experience. |

・Hardware overview & customer specific tester configuration module overview. ・Loadboard Design overview. ・Software overview. ・Demo for Online and Offline Standalone Tools available for EVA100 ・Setup basic mixed signal test programs for AVI, MVI, DM, LF and HF modules. ・Pin configuration setup of levels, timing, and patterns. ・Demo for protocol aware module for I2C, SPI, JTAG ・Calibration, test flow, test sequences, debbuging tools, and concepts. ・DC testing Shmoo tools, data logging, STDF and histograms. ・AWG/DGT practices for Power or Analog devices ・Controlling the EVA100 GUI Script-based Batch Command. ・External Java function creation and debugging for added functionality. ・Control of external GPIB instruments through the EVA100 GUI. |
