Company to showcase its T5503HS DDR4 / LPDDR4 and MPT3000 SSD test systems

SAN JOSE, CA – September 3, 2014 – Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE) will feature its T5503HS tester for DDR4 and LPDDR4 memories and its MPT3000 tester for advanced solid-state drives (SSD) at the Intel Developer Forum in booth #377 at Moscone West in San Francisco, CA.

Advantest will exhibit within the Memory Community area of the Intel Developer Forum along with other memory eco system suppliers that are leading the development of the next-generation memory technologies and capabilities. Advantest will showcase its T5503HS, the best-in-class high speed DDR4 and LPDDR4 tester for high volume manufacturing as well as its MPT3000 SSD 256 DUT PCIe Gen3 tester for faster SSD product development and time-to-manufacturing ramp.

IDF 2014 will be held at Moscone West, 800 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA. The show times are September 9 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, September 10 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on September 11 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
