Stand Exhibits Highlight the Volume Production of Sensors, Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs

MUNICH, Germany – November 9, 2015 – Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857, NYSE: ATE) will exhibit the newest model of its EVA100 measurement system – the high-throughput EVA100 Production Model designed for volume production of sensors, low-pin-count analog ICs and mixed-signal ICs – at the Productronica trade show in Munich, Germany, on 10-13 November.

Advantest's versatile EVA100 Production Model offers a solution to achieve shorter time to market for IoT-capable products, automotive electronics and smart appliances. Resolving the challenges of production test, this system is designed to dock with wafer probers and all handler types including turret handlers. The production system provides a low cost solution ideally suited for manufacturing.
The EVA100 Production Model is designed for simple test development and usage. It is fully compatible with the initial EVA100 system and has the same features.
Live demonstrations of the EVA100 Production Model and its sister system, the EVA100 Engineering Model, will be given at stand 140 in Hall A1 at Messe München throughout the trade show.
