Germany
The Code of Conduct for all Advantest Group companies “The Advantest Way”, sets out the principles relating to human and environmental rights. Every individual at Advantest is required to put these principles into practice. Advantest expects its business partners to also commit to respecting human rights, establishing appropriate due diligence processes and communicating these expectations to their suppliers.
As part of the observance of corporate due diligence obligations to avoid human rights violations in supply chains in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz – LKSG), the management of Advantest Europe GmbH has issued the following policy statement on its human rights strategy.
