Learning objective

Enable students to work with the V93000 test system on power applications by operating the AVI64 and FVI16 modules.

The student will understand the concept of testing in the power domain, the V93000 power modules and their capabilities. Students will learn how to program the modules for specific tests. Therefore, in the training are used "real life DUTs" which have to be tested in the power domain: LDO, MOSFET, H-Bridge. An example test program is delivered as a special flow of the training material.

After completion the student will be familiar with the following:

  • Key concepts of testing in the power domain
  • Key concepts and components of the V93000 DC Scale AVI64 and FVI16 card
  • Operation of the power modules in combination with the V93000 software SmarTest
