Learning objective

Enable students to work with the V93000 test system and SmarTest 8 on mixed signal applications by operating the Wave Scale MX (WSMX) module.

The student will understand the concept of testing in the application domain, using the V93000 mixed signal module and its capabilities. Students will learn how to program the module for specific tests.

After completion the student will be familiar with the following:

  • Key concepts of testing in the mixed signal domain with V93000
  • Key concepts and components of the V93000 Wave Scale MX card
  • Operation of the WXMX module in combination with the V93000 software SmarTest 8
