Advantest completes acquisition of R&D Altanova
TOKYO, Japan – November 17, 2021 – Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) (“Advantest”) today announced that it has received all necessary regulatory approvals related to its previously announced acquisition of R&D Altanova and that the acquisition is now closed. Going forward, both companies will implement integrated business activities based on Advantest's corporate vision of adding customer value in the evolving semiconductor value chain.
The impact of this acquisition on Advantest’s consolidated financial result will not be material.
