The annual survey, which received feedback from more than 86 percent of the chip market, spans a period of 2.5 months, asks worldwide semiconductor manufacturers to rate equipment suppliers among fourteen categories based on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service, and product performance.
In the 2019 survey, Advantest surpassed its best scores from prior years, achieving its highest-ever overall score, and recording personal-best customer ratings in the areas of Technical Leadership and Partnering.
