Advantest announces that eight executive directors and one member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee were newly appointed at its 78th Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders. Three new executive officers have also been appointed in the Board of Directors Meeting held right after the Shareholders Meeting. All executive directors and officers' names are as follows, including two member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee who are currently in the middle of their terms.
