Basic and generic test engineering knowledge.

Basic knowledge of functional testing, such as pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels.

Familiarity with Windows environment, basics of C programming experience.

Expected Outcome To provide a test engineer with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct device test flows and ALPG patterns for Advantest’s B6700 Burn In Test Systems using the OCTLEON Software. Course covers all versions of B6700 including B6700/B6700D/B6700L/B6700S.
