Prerequisites

Basic and generic test engineering knowledge and understanding of protocol device.

Basic knowledge of tester function understanding, such as PMU, PSM, sideband pins and highspeed differential pins.

Familiarity with FutureSuite environment, basics of C programming experience.

Expected Outcome

To provide a test engineer with the basic skills and knowledge required to construct device test flows for Advantest’s T5851 Test Systems using FutureSuite. Course covers UFS testing on T5851 with both STM8G and STM16G.

Learning Contents

This course has laboratory learning with a real test system.
Students will use the T5851ES system to do hands-on labs.
PDF training text and Exercises will be provided during the course.
This course consists of two main parts: T5851 Common Training and T5851 UFS Test Training.
For students who work for other protocol testing can take only T5851 Common Training and skip T5851 UFS Test Training.

T5851 Common Training:
