Price $525 per class-day The use of Training Credits requires validation by Student's Advantest Sales contact
Class Duration 5 days
Target Audience The target audience for this course are Test Engineers who will be using the V93000 for test program generation and debug. This course can also be useful to those engineers who work with Test Engineers such as Product, Quality Assurance, Failure Analysis and Design engineers.
Prerequisites Test Engineering basics, Linux, and Java
Expected Outcomes After completion of this course the student will be familiar with the structure of a Smartest 8 Project. They will also understand the concept of setup files (used to configure tester instruments) and Java Test Methods and how together they're used to create test suites. The test suite is the element of a test flow that's used to perform a particular test (i.e. digital and DC tests). The student will also know how to execute test suites and test flows in normal mode and debug mode, and to use the Smartest tools to analyze test setups and debug common digital and DC fail modes. The student is also expected to know the common APIs used to create, edit and execute their Java Test Methods. Lastly, the student will learn how to setup a test for datalogging and to run characterization routines using the Shmoo and Margin tools.
