T2000 RF Switch AMO Solution
The feature of an RF Switch device is that it has multiple ports and requires high power signaling. To test RF Switch devices, Advantest delivers the RF Switch AMO, RF Power Amp AMO, and custom test boards.
The RF Switch AMO has high power amplifiers (+38 dBm) and multi-port switch matrix (up to 22 ports). It can test RF Switch devices under dynamic RF signaling.
Power Amp AMO
The Power Amp AMO has the source function (VSG up to +10 dBm@CW) and measurement function (VSA). It is mounted on the test board (Performance Board) and enabling to test RF Power amp or RF Switch devices.
