Prerequisites |

Basic and generic test engineering knowledge.

Basic knowledge of standard test algorithms such as
contact test, ICC test, functional test.

Basic knowledge basics of DC measurement such as VSIM
and ISVM measurement modes.

Basic knowledge basics of functional testing, such as
pattern data, timing sets, input and output levels.

Familiarity with Windows environment, basics of Java
programming experience.

Mini Digital Test Systems using the EVA100 Software GUIs.

This course has laboratory learning with a real test
system.
Students will use the EVA100 system to do hands on labs.
