This is Advantest's system for customers to log a support request on the Web, often outside the business hours of the local Advantest call center.
The requestor requires a Advantest issued System Handle ID or PIN code to utilize this service.

After verification, you will be able to request support and receive a Case Identification (ID) number to track your case.
